Andrea Green is a multi-disciplinary artist, drawn to people as a subject matter. It is important to her that she not only represents a persons character and features competently, but she also brings the inference of her emotional connection or insight into the art.

Whether drawing or painting clients at The Portrait Studio in Tauranga’s Historic Village, designing murals or working in 3D with glass and resin in her home studio, Andrea Green has a versatile practice as an emerging artist.

Andrea has sold work both in the UK and New Zealand, and won First Prize in the NZ Mural Awards in 2022. Working as a live portrait artist and undertaking portrait/public art commissions, Andrea also regularly makes NZ Art Award submissions.

Andrea Green lives and works in Tauranga, NZ, and currently sells works at Waihi Beach gallery, The Artist Window Gallery and Imprint Gallery. She is a member of the Tauranga Society of Artists and the Incubator Creative Hub.
